Service Description

This session is a face-to-face or Online learning process where I introduce techniques and best practices to relax, to challenge and to feel your body, followed by a Q&A session. We then repeat the exercises to improve and solidify our practice. The session can be held in our home studio (Lexington Place, Maroubra Beach).
