Most of the time managers and staff lose focus and have a reduced productivity, creativity and performance due to those internal and external distractions.

When someone comes to work with no motivation, no planification of the day it is as much hard for the team than for the person itself; compromising the good workflow of productivity.

Most of the time, managers and staff lose focus and have a reduced productivity, creativity and performance due to internal and external distractions.
It has been a few years now that corporations have started investing in their employee’s wellbeing; through tactile therapy, social events, workshops, and meditation. These methods have been revealed to have positive and efficient results on work interaction, performance and reduce stress and sick leaves.
Our Mission
Allowing the employee to understand that their wellness is up to them, and the company is helping them to keep them in the up rise to perform and work efficiently, mindfully and comfortably. With Breathe Relax Perform, we follow every employee that wants to feel better and improve their mental state, their motivation, their posture and we give them simple and easy advice that can help with pain management, stress, anxiety. We are using massage techniques, art therapy, mindfulness, life coaching methods and surf therapy. Our aim is to allow every employee to understand and apply the good habit for them to feel grateful, content and fulfilled. Make work an happy place is limiting absenteeism and fast turn over of employees. Increasing team cohesion, productivity using practical workshops and theoretical knowledge can make a unique experience of using cognitive distortion in your benefits. We help the executive and work along with human resource to find strategy to reduce fast turn over of employees and increase the stickiness of the company culture
Services
Breathe Relax Perform offers a service that teaches and transmit to employees an internal knowledge, it is also cost efficient as Breathe Relax Perform seeks for the employees’ understanding and assimilation of positive attitude. Which once acquired no recurrent session needed, therefore once all employees interested in their wellness management the amount of intervention will automatically be reduced. Knowing that an intervention can also be done as a conference for reminders, it reduces the cost in the long term.
I'm Anthony

I help corporate world and people live a more fulfilling life through stress relief mindfulness coaching, exercise performance and massage therapy. I worked at a number of clinics in Alexandria, Coogee and Maroubra, during this time I realise that most of my client where coming with 2 different issues, one is muscular tension and the other stress related to work/life balance. I do collaborate with psychotherapist, pilates instructor, massage therapist, chiropractor, Chinese practitioner. With Breathe Relax Perform I aim to prevent health complication due to stress, anxiety, fear, chronic pain, allowing a better intellectual and physical performance. This made the foundation of my practice.
From a very young age, I have been interested in human wellbeing. Early on, my father taught me meditation, Tai Chi, Reiki and holistic massage. Through these practices I discovered that breathing is the first step toward a calm state.
My enthusiasm and passion for life and the world around me led me to obtain a Diploma in Environmental Biology (2011). This allowed me to acquire a fundamental understanding of our planet and the universe. After completion, I strived to learn more so i obtained a Degree in Biomedical Science (2015) where my passion for health increased. I chose to explore this further and picked up a subject on Exercise Physiology and Sports Psychology (2017). This developed my overall extensive knowledge in human performance, consciousness and health.
I also hold a Professional Certificate of Massage Therapy, a Diploma of Dry Needling and a Diploma of Modern Applied Psychology.
I fluently speak English and French.
